Can I change my habits?
Yes! You can customize your habits however you like. Start with our 6-habit system or create your own. Change habits anytime through the app settings.
What happens to my streak if I miss a day?
Your streak resets to zero if you miss a day. The app is designed to build consistency, not perfection. Start again the next day and keep building.
How does the AI coach work?
Your AI coach uses your habit data, journal entries, and chat history to provide personalized accountability and guidance. It's designed to be direct, honest, and focused on helping you actually complete your habits.
Can I use Habitten on multiple devices?
Currently, Habitten is available on iOS devices. Your data syncs across all devices signed in with the same account.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at help@habitten.com to request account deletion. We'll delete your data within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
